1. Entry to the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
PROMOTION SUMMARY
2. The Coffee Club New Zealand Mother’s Day Competition 2019 allows the entrant to win 2 return flights from New Zealand to Fiji flying Fijian Airways, and 5 nights accommodation.
HOW TO ENTER
3. Entry is open to all New Zealand residents living in New Zealand except employees and immediate families of the participating store locations, its associated companies and any agencies involved in this promotion.
4. This competition period commences 6:00am on Monday, 8th April 2019 and ends 11:59pm on Sunday 12th May 2019. Any entries submitted outside this promotion period will be invalid.
5. To enter, entrants must:
Simply SPEND $50 at The Coffee Club NZ in one transaction and must be able to show proof of purchase between the promotion period 8th April 2019 – 12 May 2019 via a receipt or bank account transaction.
6. Each entrant is permitted only one entry.
PRIZES AND CLAIMING PRIZES
7. A random name generator will be used to pick the winner, anyone who enters and lives in New Zealand, and has a valid passport can win except employees and immediate families of the participating store locations, its associated companies and any agencies involved in this promotion.
8. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and is not redeemable for cash.
9. A TCCNZ representative will make contact with the winner via phone call or email within two working days of the end of the competition period. The prize winner’s name will be posted on TCCNZ’s Facebook page and TCCNZ’s website within one week of the draw date.
10. If TCCNZ does not receive a reply from the winner within one week from the end of the competition period, TCCNZ reserves the right to declare their entry invalid and the next valid winning entry will be selected based on the same terms and conditions.
11. To the greatest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor any person or party associated with the promotion shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to, consequential loss) as a result of participating in this promotion or using any part of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

ACCOMMODATION
16. Accommodation is a standard 1 bedroom room in Denarau Island, subject to availability.
FLIGHTS
17. Reservations and ticketing must be made through the above-mentioned Fiji Airways staff member at least 30 days before date of travel. Please send a copy of this prize certificate along with your passport details and desired travel dates when contacting the staff member.
18. Having a valid passport, visa application and associated costs is the responsibility of the prize winner.
19. This ticket is NOT transferable, CANNOT be en-cashed nor can it be redeemed in any other form.
Only the prize winner may redeem this prize certificate. Name changes are not permitted after ticketing. Once ticketed, normal fare rules, appropriate change fees and conditions of carriage apply.
20. Due to high travel season and load factors, blackout periods may apply and flight schedules may change.
